Agora Group Leadership Get-together, 2026

During 19-26 April, 2026, the leadership group of Agora came together on the enchanting island of Mauritius for a week of deliberations, conversations, and collaboration of ideas.  Hosted by our group company Moringaway, we arrived at the beautiful Mont Choisy beach, where we held 4 days of open discussions and conversations.

Agora, the marketplace for ideas, came alive during these days and made for engaging, enriching conversations.  Bringing together the leadership from our 7 companies, the theme for the four days covered a number of areas, including our collective purpose and goals, principles, history, and future outlook.  We discussed in further detail the concept and management of social performance/goals, and opportunities around leveraging technology, analytics, and AI in our work.  We also marked the occasion by acknowledging the contributions of some of our colleagues in the past year.  

Aside from that, the other fun activities on the island included boat trips and swimming with dolphins, multiple long walks, runs, and swims in the beach, and sampling the delicious Mauritian cuisine and music!
